Windows as a service is an approach introduced by Microsoft to maintain the operating system.
Instead of releasing a new version of Windows every few years, Windows as a service offers an approach that involves continuous updates and upgrades. These updates come under two categories, namely, feature and quality updates.
When your organization considers feature updates, we add new functionalities to the existing operating system. While feature updates are released twice every year, quality updates are released every month.
